Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to applicable protections. Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence and subscription records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to you, maintaining your preferences, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by the type of information and the systems involved; this website does not apply a single automatic deletion period.

Unsubscribing stops the relevant updates but does not automatically delete your contact record or earlier correspondence. We may retain a suppression record to respect your choice. Confirmation links expiring is also separate from deletion of the underlying record. We use safeguards to protect information, but no website, email system, or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form and can unsubscribe from requested updates using the unsubscribe link in the relevant email. You can also contact us at hello@quintessencegroup.com to ask about your information, request access, correction, deletion, or a copy, or withdraw consent where it applies.
